Today I had my second lunch out after learning that I had borderline high cholesterol levels. You can read more about that here.
I tried the Roasted Veggie and Tofu Patty with Olive Tapenade. Tasted good, but I was hungry again within a couple of hours. www.RickNakama.com
you should try eating oatmeal for breakfast, it is supposed to help cholesterol go down.
