@Kat I think if the purchaser of the ticket physically was in California to purchase the ticket he/she can win. At least that's what my CA friend told me. He told me to buy some tickets before I left LA. Oh well, I bought, but not from L&L Hawaiian Barbecue!!

there are many Hawaii things in Tokyo/Yokohama...Ted's pies, Eggs & Things, Leonards. Oh an I heard Poke Stop is looking to start a shop in Tokyo too..kinda mixed feelings about having Hawaii come to Japan.
I think if you won, you wouldn't be able to claim the $$ because of Hawaii's lottery law (or something like that).
