 Guatemala Fraijanes - Finca Aqua Tibia.
I roasted this bean to a Full City Roast. It does have a good taste to it. I still think I prefer the Zimbabwe AA flavor the best. It's described by Sweet Maria's Coffee as "At Full City: Tangy, bittersweet chocolate notes with spicy accents of clove, cardomom, apple cider in finish."
